Services

Websites and Google profiles for dental clinics. Built to work as one.

Google is where most patients first meet your clinic. Your website is where they decide. We build both, connect them, and switch on the tracking that shows you what each one brings in.

01Service one

Clinic websites. What patients need to see, in the order they need to see it.

  • Designed on a phone first

Every page laid out at 375px, then scaled up. Tap targets a thumb can hit, text a patient can read.

  • Pages patients look for

Home, treatments, each dentist, pricing or how pricing works, insurance, location, booking, FAQ.

  • Words written with you

In your patients’ language, not clinical jargon. We interview you and draft every page.

  • Contact within a thumb’s reach

WhatsApp with a prefilled message, tap-to-call, a short booking form, on every page.

  • Search groundwork

Titles, descriptions, structured data and a sitemap, so Google understands every page.

  • Enquiry tracking

Cookie-free analytics plus a source on every enquiry, so you see which channel brings patients.

  • Fast by construction

Pages measured in kilobytes, images in modern formats, no heavy page builders.

  • Launch and handover

Domain, hosting and Google connected. Everything stays in your name.

02Service two

Google Business Profile. The anatomy of the profile we set up.

For many patients your Google profile is the first, and sometimes only, thing they see. Here is every part we complete, and the small amount of upkeep that keeps it working.

An annotated example of the profile we set up, using Shwari Dental. Illustrative layout, not a Google screen.

  1. 1

    Primary and secondary categories

The primary category ("Dentist") plus every secondary one that applies — cosmetic, emergency, paediatric.

You: Tell us when you add a service.

  2. 2

    Services, each with a description

Every treatment listed in patient language, with what it involves and who it suits.

    You: Nothing, unless prices change.

  3. 3

    Photos that answer questions

A shot list: the entrance from the street, reception, a treatment room, the team. So patients recognise the door.

You: Add a photo when something changes.

  4. 4

    Hours, including holidays

Weekday, Saturday and public-holiday hours that match your website exactly.

You: Tell us before a holiday closure.

  5. 5

Website, booking and WhatsApp links — tracked

Links tagged so your analytics shows which enquiries came from Google, not just that they came.

    You: Nothing.

  6. 6

    Questions & answers, seeded

The questions patients really ask (parking, insurance, sedation), answered by the clinic.

You: Answer new questions within a day.

  7. 7

    Posts on a rhythm

A simple posting rhythm and templates: a treatment explained, a team introduction, a seasonal reminder.

You: One short post every couple of weeks.

  8. 8

    Reviews: a process, never fakes

A respectful way to ask happy patients for a review, and reply templates for good and difficult ones.

You: Ask, and reply to every review.

  9. 9

Name, address and phone, identical everywhere

One exact version of your details on Google, your website and your social profiles.

    You: Nothing.

03Together

Connected, and measured. So you can see what each channel brings, instead of guessing.

  1. 01

    The profile link is tagged

Your Google profile’s website button carries a small tag, so a visit from Google is recorded as Google, not just “direct”.

  2. 02

    Every tap is counted

WhatsApp, call and form taps are counted per page, with cookie-free analytics that needs no consent banner.

  3. 03

    Every enquiry names its source

Each form enquiry arrives with where the patient came from and which page they started on. WhatsApp messages name the page too.

  4. 04

    You see what is working

One simple dashboard of visits, taps and enquiries by channel, yours to open any time. Decisions based on numbers, not hunches.

What we don’t claim

We control how easily patients can find, understand, trust and contact your clinic. We don’t control your prices, your reception, your reviews or the market, so we never promise a number of new patients. Be wary of anyone who does.

04Scope & pricing

A fixed price, in writing, before anything begins.

Every clinic is different, so we price from scope rather than a menu. What changes the scope:

  • The number of treatments that need their own page
  • One branch or several
  • Whether we set up your Google profile too
  • How much writing and photography direction you need

After a short conversation we send a written scope with a fixed price and a timeline. You know the full cost before you commit to anything.

05Promises

Six promises, all of them ours to keep.

  1. 01

A reply within one working day

Every message, call-back and enquiry. If we cannot help, we say so.

  2. 02

Scope and timeline in writing first

You see exactly what will be built and when before any work starts. No surprises.

  3. 03

    You own everything

Your domain, your content, your site files and your Google profile stay in your name.

  4. 04

    Built on a phone first

Every page is designed at phone size and checked on a real Android before it goes live.

  5. 05

    No lock-in

Want to move on? You get a handover pack with the files, logins and notes.

  6. 06

    Nothing invented

We never make up reviews, credentials or patient results on your site. Ever.

Questions

Before you ask.

How long does a website take?

Most clinic websites take four to eight weeks from our first conversation to launch. The written scope you approve before we start includes the timeline, and the biggest variable is how quickly we receive photos and details from the clinic.

How much does it cost?

It depends on scope — the number of treatments, branches and pages, and whether we also set up your Google profile. After a short conversation we send a written scope with a fixed price, so you know the full cost before anything begins.

Will I own my website?

Yes. The domain, the content, the site files and your Google profile stay in your name. If you ever move on, you get a handover pack.

Can you guarantee more patients?

No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. We control how easily patients can find you, understand you and contact you. How many book depends on many things we do not control, like your prices, your reception and your reviews.

What about hosting and changes after launch?

We host on fast global infrastructure and handle updates. Changes to hours, prices or team are part of the care we agree in your scope, so your site never goes stale.

Let patients find you, trust you and reach you. Start with a conversation. No forms to fill if you would rather just talk.

We reply within one working day.
