Designed for
A professional in the Kilimani–Lavington–Westlands corridor considering veneers. They compare three or four studios on Instagram and Google, judge by how things look, and expect a fast, personal reply.
The reasoning
5 decisions, and why we made them.
01
One signature procedure, said with confidence
- The patient
- A cosmetic patient who has already seen ten clinics that "do everything".
- The problem
- A long list of every treatment makes a premium studio look like any other clinic. Premium patients look for the specialist.
- Our decision
- One ownable claim — digital smile design and bespoke porcelain veneers — carried by black, a single restrained gold and an engraved display serif. Everything else on the site supports that one procedure.
- The trade-off
- Families looking for a general dentist may look elsewhere. The studio is built to be chosen for one thing.

02
The process before the price
- The patient
- Someone curious about veneers but afraid of looking "fake".
- The problem
- Veneers are a big, visible decision. Patients need to see how the result is planned before they will talk about money.
- Our decision
- "Digital smile design, then bespoke fabrication": the process told in steps, so the patient sees their new smile planned and approved before any porcelain is made. Two named tiers, Signature and Elite.
- The trade-off
- More reading before the first call. The patients who read it arrive already understanding the process.

03
SHA/SHIF listed first
- The patient
- A patient whose first question is "will my cover help?"
- The problem
- Most Nairobi clinic sites bury insurance in a footer, or skip it. The patient has to phone to find out.
- Our decision
- A clear insurance and billing page with SHA/SHIF first, then private insurers, and the verification steps written out: share your details, we confirm the benefit, eligible costs are settled directly.
- The trade-off
- It invites questions about cover that a luxury brand might rather avoid. Answering them openly is what makes the luxury believable.

04
Real ranges, confirmed at consultation
- The patient
- A comparison shopper with three tabs open.
- The problem
- "Price on request" reads as "expensive and evasive".
- Our decision
- Real price ranges per tooth, with the final figure confirmed at consultation, because it depends on the case.
- The trade-off
- The range is published for anyone to see. The patients who book already know it is within reach.

05
WhatsApp ahead of the form
- The patient
- A busy professional who would rather send a message than fill in a form.
- The problem
- Luxury sites often hide contact behind a long consultation form, which slows down the patients most ready to book.
- Our decision
- "Chat on WhatsApp" is the first button on every key page, with a prefilled message. A call link and a short form follow for those who prefer them.
- The trade-off
- Less structured information up front. The studio gets a conversation instead, which suits a personal, high-value treatment.
